For me it's very difficult choose the best expositor of anthropology, this social science has been built thanks to the contribution of many brilliant minds.
From its origins men as Taylor and Morgan are remembered today for their important theoretical involment. It is undeniable the methodological contribution made by Franz Boas and all his students.
But I have to choose the best so I'm gonna choose Marvin Harris.
He is a great anthropologist and also is a wonderful writer, his works talk about how the persons made their acts without knowing why they do that.
He is famous for write why the Indian population love the cows and why they don't kill it or why the Jewish people don't eat pigs, Do it beyond the religion explanation. His theory is based on the important of keep the balance beteween the ecology and the society through the culture.
I admire him because he show the importan of the culture and reveal the mysterious behind the religion customs.

My Career
The name of my career is Anthropology and belongs to the social sciences. The etymology of the word means "knowledge of man". This social sciences try to study the human behavior in a "holistic" way. That's why the Anthropology is interested in the variability of human being and their different behaviors through time.
My career is divided into three areas, the area of biological study of humans is called Physical Anthropology. The study of life forms that no longer exist trough the material remains is called Archeology. The Social Anthropology is responsible for the study of cultural diversity.
The area I like most is the social anthropology, because study the human phenomenon through their customs, their politics, their social relationships, their livelihood and all that is in part, be able to discover the mysteries of our world and our time.

Sky on fire
I really love this photograph, is one of my favourite. I took this picture in the afternoon when the sun was down into the mountains.
The story behind photograph is really simple: I was in my room, reading a paper in my laptop when suddenly the color of the sky change, the sky turns orange, It looks to me like fire in the sky, I thougth: God set fire to the Heaven!. I took the picture with the camera of my movile, standing in front of a window in my own bedroom.
The first thing that calls my attention are the colors, the beautiful colors! orange, yellow, black all together mixed, like a picasso painting.
In a second place, I think that it is lovely how the clouds look like the waves of the sea, just like a sunset in the sea, but then it was in the sky.
This photograph reminds me the extremly beauty of the nature, and also it lets me realise the I can take great photographs with a simple camera of a movile phone and even when I'm not a professional photographer.
My Last Vacation
In the past summer, I went like every year to the ranch of my Grandparenths in the country side, the name of the place is Hualqui. This is a rural district of the eighth region in the south of Chile. Is very far away of my house in santiago, we spend arround seven hours traveling to get there, is a lot of time, but i enjoy travel to the south, the view is more green, the south looks me more a live.
I went with all my family: my parents and my three brothers. My grandfather and my grandmother have a lovely house in the top of a hill, they have a marvelouse valley view, we can see the huge forest and many other fields and country houses.
In the ranch my granfather raise many animals like ducks, hens, rabits, pigs and cows also he have three horses. My Granfather Juan, mi sister Millaray and I, always take a horse ride in the afternoons, is really nice and fun a little dangerous but we procurate do this with carefully. My granmother is a splendid cooker, she all the time makes us cakes, pies, and cookies using the fruit of the fruit trees.
I love spend time with my family and breath this magical and fresh air.

My favorite piece of technology
My favorite piece of tecnology is definitly my Laptop. Is the favorite and the most important piece of tecnology in my life.
I use my laptop all the time, in my home, in the university, even when I go to the country side in my holydays, I must have the Laptop with me.
I love this piece of tecnology because I can use it in a very direfents ways: It can help me in my studies, I used when I'm bored because I can watch movies or lisent my favorite music.
I prefer use my Laptop when I'm connect to the web, because in the web I can find a lot of information about a million of interesting and crazy things, also I can chat with my friends and my family when they are connect at the same time, and that's amazing.
My Laptop is small but is a little heavy and that's is a problem when i have to travel with it. But I always find a way to fix this problem... I can't imagen my world with out my laptop and the web.

My Favorite Duck
The name of my best friend is Patricio but we call him Pato. I meet him trought an old friend Ara, they were boyfriends and we always spend time together. When they brokeup Pato and I became more closer, and we finish been the best friends. we are been best friends since the last two years. All the things we do are significative, and we have a lot of good memories, but if i have to choose one in particular the more dearest memory will be his last b-day.
I really like his personality, is a calm person, funny and very clever. i dislike when he became depressive and sad.
the greatest adventure we have had was when we go to the south the last summer, we get lost many times in the travel, but we really enjoy that time.
